WHAT IS THE GUARANTEE WHEN PURCHASING A BAG ON VINTEGA?

Vintega fully guarantees the authenticity of your purchases on this platform. In the event of a second opinion, following the purchase of a bag on the website, Vintega undertakes to take back the product with a full refund of the purchase amount.

WHAT MEANS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

IS IT POSSIBLE TO PAY IN SEVERAL INSTALLMENTS?

It is possible to pay in installments in most European countries.

WHAT DELIVERY OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?

Following your purchase, our team prepares your package within 24 hours (working days).

Regarding the delivery of your package, several choices are available to you:
- Click and Collect at our Paris offices (30 rue de Palestro, 75002)
- Delivery in France in 24 to 48 working hours via DHL Express
- Delivery in Europe and worldwide in 2-4 working days via DHL Express

AFTER MY PURCHASE, HOW LONG DOES VINTEGA TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?

The items you buy from Vintega are available in our warehouses in Paris. We promise to ship your item within 24 hours on business days. Following shipment, you will receive a tracking number to track your item.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING ?

- In mainland France: delivery is free for all purchases over €500. For purchases under 500€, we charge a delivery cost of 15€.

- For shipments in Europe (outside France): a delivery cost of 30€ is applied. Please note that for shipments outside the European Union, the customer is responsible on delivery for paying any tax, customs duty, VAT or any other cost outside of the purchase price from Vintega and the cost of delivery.

- For shipments outside Europe: a delivery cost of €60 is applied. Please note that for shipments outside the EU, the customer is responsible on delivery for paying any tax, customs duty, VAT or any other cost outside of the purchase price from Vintega and the cost of delivery.

Please note that all our shipments are tracked and require a signature on arrival.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER OR MY ADDRESS AFTER PURCHASE?

We accept modifications and/or cancellations within a maximum of one hour after your purchase. To do this, please notify us of your change or cancellation by e-mail to the following address: lara@vintega.fr
Unfortunately, after your purchase has been dispatched, we are unable to make address or order changes.

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS MARKED AS RECEIVED BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE IT?

If your package is marked as received, please double check your delivery information to ensure you entered the correct address when placing your order. Also check with your caretaker, your neighbors or anyone residing with you if they have not received the package on your behalf.

Contact the carrier to report the situation and lara@vintega.fr in parallel.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO RETURN MY ITEM IF IT DOESN'T SUIT ME?

We accept returns for items sold in France and the European Union within 14 days of receipt of the item. After this time, returns are not accepted. The bag must be in the same condition of purchase indicated on our site and the Vintega seal placed on the bag must not be cut or removed. Any return must be the subject of a request by email sent to lara@vintega.fr. The costs of the shipping slip used to return purchased items are the responsibility of the customer (18 Euros in Metropolitan France, 30 Euros in other countries of the European Union).

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN?

Any return must be the subject of a request by email sent to lara@vintega.fr within the 14 day period indicated above. Please indicate your order number in the return request.

WHAT IS VINTEGA'S RETURN POLICY?

We accept returns for items sold in France and the European Union under certain conditions:

1) Items purchased must be in the same purchase condition shown on our site in the products page.
2) The Vintega seal placed on the bag must not be cut or removed.
3) You have 14 days after receiving the item to request a return. After this time, returns are not accepted. The date of receipt is authentic for the calculation of this period.
4) Any return must be the subject of a request by email sent to lara@vintega.fr. Please indicate your order number in the return request.
5) Upon your request, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping slip. It is imperative to use our shipping slip to send the item within 14 days of receiving the shipping slip.
6) Obligatorily ask for proof confirming your deposit of parcels with the carrier. Without this proof, Vintega is not responsible for packages not scanned by carriers.
7) The costs of the shipping slip used for the return of purchased items are the responsibility of the customer (18 Euros in Metropolitan France, 30 Euros in other countries of the European Union).
8) After the return and verification of the items, we proceed directly to the refund on the means of payment used for the initial purchase. Please allow 10 to 15 days for your refund to be processed by our teams.

Please note that Vintega does not accept returns outside the European Union.

WILL I BE REIMBURSED IN FULL?

You will receive a refund of the amount of your order with the return costs deducted.

Once we have received your returned item, you will be refunded within 14 working days, depending on your bank/credit card/form of payment.

Vintega allows you to give your luxury bags the chance of a second life, in complete safety and through a simplified experience: submit a sales request of your bag, we come back to you with a buyback offer in less than 24 hours, working days. Only if you are satisfied with our offer, we proceed to payment within 24 hours after receipt and authentication of your bag. Also, you don't have to worry about endless logistical constraints, we take care of it.

AM I COMMITTED TO SELL MY BAG WHEN I SUBMIT A SALE REQUEST?

Submitting a sales request does not commit you to selling your bag. This simply allows you to receive our redemption offer, it is entirely up to you to accept or decline it thereafter.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I SUBMIT MY SALE REQUEST?

A simplified experience: following the submission of a request via the sales form, we estimate the value of your bag and send you a buyback offer within 24 hours. Only if you accept our offer, we will tell you how to send or collect your bag for authentication. Following authentication, we process the payment and you receive an instant transfer (subject to acceptance by your bank).

HOW DOES VINTEGA ASSESS THE VALUE OF A BAG?

Vintega has the in-house expertise necessary to assess the value of your bag, depending on its make, model and condition. Then, we rely on market data with the aim of making you the most attractive offer. We put our experience at your service for a better valuation of your bag.

WHEN I RECEIVE AN OFFER, HOW DO I ACCEPT IT?

To accept our buyback offer, simply confirm it in your account. If there is any problem, please feel free to contact us. contact.

IS IT CHARGEABLE TO SEND THE BAG TO VINTEGA?

The cost of sending your bag is covered by Vintega. Nevertheless, the costs of returning the item in the event of refusal of our offer, non-authenticity of the bag or non-compliance will be at your expense, and amount to 18 euros for France and 30€ for other countries. of the European Union.

HOW DO I SEND MY BAG TO VINTEGA?

After accepting our purchase offer, you have two non-paying options for sending your bag:
- A prepaid and insured shipment via DHL: the carrier comes to your home to pick up the bag.
- A deposit at our Parisian showroom located in the 2nd arrondissement of Paris.

HOW TO PROPERLY PREPARE MY SHIPPING?

After accepting our offer to purchase, and if you choose prepaid shipping, here is how to send us your item:

1) Clean your product well: this will save you a price reduction or rejection of the item.
2) Choose a package suitable for transporting your item. Please respect the rule of one item per package. Each item must be sent in its own package with the shipping slip associated with it. Please choose for your shipment a non-identifiable package without any indication of the product.
3) Wrap your item to protect it: we recommend that you properly secure and wrap your item so that it is not damaged. For this, you can use bubble wrap, air cushions, or newspaper or at least kraft paper to fill the empty space. If your item arrives damaged, we will be required to return it and our offer will be withdrawn.
4) Download the packing slip, print it and stick it securely on the package before handing it over to the carrier.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I SEND MY BAG?

After sending your bag. We receive it, we check its compliance with the initial description and we then confirm our buyback offer. You can then accept it definitively or decline it.
The cost of returning the item, amounting to €18 in France and €30 in Europe, will be your responsibility in the event of refusal of our offer, non-authenticity of the bag or non-compliance.

WHEN WILL I BE PAID?

Following receipt of your bag, we confirm our buyback offer. As soon as you validate its acceptance, and you choose the desired payment method, we immediately proceed to payment.
